
This drink is refreshing, creamy, and oh so easy to make. I enjoy it all throughout the year.
Ingredients
| 1 | C | Pineapple (Frozen) |
| 1 | C | Mango (Frozen) |
| ½ | C | Kale or Spinach |
| 1 | TBSP | Chia Seeds |
| 1 | Scoop | Vanilla Complete Protein |
| ½-¾ | C | Liquid (Water, Coconut milk, Almond milk, ect.) |
Instructions
- In a blender add green ingredients first, following with the frozen fruit, seeds, protein and lastly, the liquid.
- Blend until smooth and thick.
- Drink and Enjoy!
A lot of the time I find I enjoy coconut water because it keeps it light and crisp. The benefit of adding chia seeds to the smoothie is that it is filling, great in omega fatty acids and it keeps your smoothie thick because of it’s gelling properties.
